Age of Empires IV is a real-time strategy video game developed by Relic Entertainment in partnership with World's Edge. It is the fourth installment of the Age of Empires series. The game was released in late 2021.

Picking a specific civilization (out of 16), Age of Empires' players must develop from a handful of hunter-gatherers to an expansive Empire. To ensure their victory, players must gather resources in order to pay for new units, buildings and more advanced technology.

Ultimately, they'll have to defeat their opponents and their civilisations to prevail on the map.
